Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF)
We are bound by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). To comply with these laws, we maintain a comprehensive AML/CTF Program that includes:

To send money or exchange currency with us, you will be required to provide valid identification documents.

Fraud Prevention
We work hard to protect our customers from scams and fraud.
Warning: Never send money to someone you do not know or have not met in person.
Be wary of:
- "Get rich quick" investment schemes.
- Online romance scams asking for emergency funds.
- Callers claiming to be from the ATO or Police demanding immediate payment.
If we suspect you are a victim of fraud, we may pause your transaction to protect your funds and ask you further questions.
Privacy & Data Security
We respect your personal information and handle it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We only collect the information necessary to process your transaction and meet our legal obligations.
